Below you will find the different products.
OLIVE OIL AND VINEGAR
The olive oil comes from Foggia, southern Italy.
An extra virgin olive oil that is great for salads,
seafood, vegetables and potatoes.
The taste is full, round and slightly bitter, with hints of green tomato.
​
The Balsamico Maturato comes from the Modena region in northern Italy.
This balsamic has been boiled longer, creating a thick, slightly syrupy balsamic. Delicious through a salad, with cheese or with red fruit.
​
Mango vinegar from the French company Hullerie Beaujolaise is very suitable as a dressing and delicious with fish.
​
All 3 were carefully selected at Meeuwig, Amsterdam.
FROM THE ISLAND
Some fresh products in your box.
The mint and pepper come from Bon Tera,
a local nursery on Bonaire.
​
Keep an eye on their Facebook page, they have regular sales to individuals.
​
You can't get much fresher!
​
In addition, this is complemented by a lime, onion and garlic.
To preserve the freshness of mint, we wrap them in plastic. Unfortunately, this negatively impacts our commitment to recycling. To offset this, we donate 10 cents to the Bonaire Food Bank for every plastic bag we use.
IN THE MILL
Bonairean salt comes from the salt flats in the south of the island.

The Salt Shop Bonaire sells different kinds of salt, including culinary, you can find these in the mill. They also sell body scrub and bath salts, among other things. Fun to visit.
​

In the other mill are black peppercorns. Robust and spicy in flavor. Could be used in almost any dish.
BOB is further supplemented with dried herbs.
​
You will find in the box Italian and Cajun herb mixes.
​
In powder form; Paprika, Chili, Cumin Seeds, Curry, Cinnamon and Cocoa.
​
It also comes with vegetable broth powder.
